Will Federer play in the US Open?
Roger Federer took a long break after he lost in the Wimbledon quarter-finals since he has been struggling with his knee. The Swiss sensation had a double operation on his knee in 2020 and he has been experiencing problems in getting back to his optimal fitness.
Roger decided not to play in Toronto and Cincinnati and there are doubts that he will be back playing the US Open.

Now the world no.9, the Swiss played his last match on the 7th of July when he lost to world no.13 Hubert Hurkacz 6-3 7-6(4) 6-0 in the quarter in Wimbledon (draw).
