Maria Sharapova released another “poisonous” interview talking about Serena to Christopher Clarey of The NewYork Time.
The background
Serena did prod Maria about her relationship with Grigor Dimitrov (that many said had a relationship with the world no.1) during an interview with The Rolling Stones. Maria fought back saying that Serena should have been ashamed for wrecking somebody’s else family (the American’s boyfriend is Patrick Mouratoglou that had to still divorce from his wife)… alias… “Mind your business!!!”
Maria: I respect Serena only on the court
The Russian Beauty didn’t back off to recently say “On the court, I have the utmost respect for her; I really do,”
“[On the court] It’s different, I don’t know what it is, but it’s different, and to me, even though that tennis is such a huge part of our lives, at the end it’s such a small part of our lives, and I value so many other more important things in life than just the sport.”
What about a nice Williams – Sharapova final at the Australian Open???
