Federer and Nadal disagree with Djokovic over Troicki doping case

There is so much controversy over Troicki’s doping case. The Serbian failed to provide a blood sample for … whatever reasons… and he was banned from professional tennis for 18 months (now reduced to 12)

Djokovic keeps on defending his friend blasting at the anti-doping agency, but Roger and Rafa disagree.

Federer: They are very professional

After his match against Gasquet, Roger commented “Overall, I trust the system. I think they’re all very professional.

I do believe that when you are requested for a sample, you have to give the sample. It doesn’t matter how bad you feel. I’m sorry. The test the next day is not a test anymore because what could have happened overnight, you know? I don’t believe anything.”

Rafa: I believe Viktor, but we have rules

After defeating Wawrinka in London Rafa commented “We have rules. We can like or not, but we have rules. I am very sorry for Viktor because I believe 100 percent in him. Probably the doctor makes the mistake. But he knows that he has to pass the doping test.”
