Ashleigh Barty won a memorable Wimbledon on Sunday after playing a fantastic match against Karolina Pliskova. Ashleigh Barty stressed many times the fact that it is quite difficult to travel now during the pandemic because that means that she and her team have to stay away from their families for long. Indeed, she had the opportunity to have her boyfriend in Wimbledon, but she is also looking forward to when she will be reunited with her family.

Now the world no.1, Barty played her last match on the 10th of July when she defeated world no.13 Karolina Pliskova 6-3 6-7(4) 6-3 in the final of Wimbledon to win her 12th career title.
At present, during this year Ashleigh has a composed 35-6 win-loss record. Ashleigh has won 4 titles in 2021 in Melbourne, in Miami, in Stuttgart and in Wimbledon. Barty got to the final in Madrid.
