Seeded no.3 Anastasia had a more difficult path to win the opener in 3 sets against Anabel  Medina Garrigues and defeating Francesca Schiavone with a double tiebrek in 2 hours and 23 minutes. Match Stats

Talking about the final Anastasia said “I’m so tired right now, to be honest.I have to be aggressive but also consistent We just played at the US Open and she’s very consistent, she never misses, and if I make a lot of mistakes it’ll be an easy victory for her.It will be a tough match for me, but it’s the finals, and I hope I’ll be 100 per cent.”
