INCREDIBLE. Chair umpire asks protection afraid of Camila Giorgi’s father

Something unreal happened during the match of Camila Giorgi in Rome

Camila Giorgi

Camila Giorgi lost an incredible match that lasted almost 4 hours against Sara Sorribes Tormo in Rome on Monday. However, one of the most remarkable things about this match is that the chair umpire Morgane Lara asked for extra security since she was scared by Camila Giorgi’s father, Sergio.

Sergio is well known for being extremely “enthusiastic” during the matches of his daughter, but it seems that he went to an all-new level this time and therefore, the chair umpire was so terrified by his behavior to ask for some help.

“It’s possible for you to stay around?” the umpire said. “Because Giorgi’s father is very mad and I would like to have someone.”

Eventually, Camila lost 7-6(4) 6-7(7) 7-5.
