Stefanos Tsitsipas is an extremely successful tennis player that after 22 years of age has already managed to be ranked the number 5. Stefanos won already many important titles such as World Tour Finals and the most recent ATP 1000 in Monte Carlo.

Nevertheless, being a professional tennis player is an extremely tough profession. During a recent interview, Tsitsipas admitted that sometimes he feels lost and therefore, he has to use social media to see some other parts of his character.

“It helps me understand myself. I know that I am a tennis player and that I have to dedicate myself to that, but sometimes I feel lost in this world as if nothing else matters. I need to show and understand other parts of myself. It makes it easier for me to find a greater connection to myself,” said TSitsipas.

Stefanos also wants to broaden his horizon and therefore he believed that social media is a very good distraction for him.

“It’s a good distraction. I think it’s okay to spend my free time productively and doing something good, entertaining other people, seeking a better world with the capabilities that I may have. I’d like to have others to contribute more, but I have some that I can make some kind of impact with; help not only in tennis but beyond sports,” he added.
