Lendl thinks it’s too early to judge Nadal’s comeback

After a triumphant February the press and Rafa’s fans are over excited about the comeback of the King of Clay. However there are still some doubts as Rafa keeps on saying that the knee still bothers him even if he is starting to fell free to chase balls.

Ivan Lendl is busy preparing Murray to conquer the (tennis) world, but he still had time to have some comments about Rafa.

“He’s a great champion and it’s always sad when someone like that gets injured and cannot play. So it’s great to have him back,” Lendl said.

“As far as how it affects anyone’s chances, well he’s a great competitor. It’s a little bit early to judge. But there are many more tournaments to come before the French Open and before Wimbledon. You cannot underestimate Roger, Novak has been playing well, and Rafa – we’ll see how he’s doing.”.

Grounded Ivan is right… time will tell.
