Naomi Osaka is almost back to business. After a long hiatus, she will be part of a tennis competition pretty soon. The Japanese ace didn’t play a single tournament after she conquered an epic US Open last September. The world no.3 got injured to her hamstring in the process, and she decided to skip the rest of the season.
Naomi is currently in Australia, where she has started her quarantine in Adelaide. Osaka posted a nice video on social media with her team, saying: “We are here!”
Why was the tweet deleted?
Interestingly enough, Naomi deleted the tweet… Probably it was deemed as not appropriate given the fact that some other players are struggling with strict quarantine in Melbourne.
The above tweet was also deleted.
Naomi posted this tweet… and it seemed they made her delete it… pic.twitter.com/voqW6LKpHv
