Roger’s misery
The big news is that Ferrer reaches a no.3 rank (career high), but maybe the biggest one is that King Roger is now only world no.5 after a disastrous Wimbledon.
The Maestro might expect even more misery as from here till the US Open he will lose 450 points fro the Olympics and he has to defend 1000 from winning Cincinnati last year while Berdych and Del Potro (his followers) do not have this burden. (you.ll see… the Maestro will bounce back).
Super Janowicz
New comer JerzyJanowicz is now at a career high world no.17 to clearly aim at the top 10. Delpo overtakes Tsonga as world no.7.
Grigor Dimitrov gets a couple of positions to be ranked world no.29 and a reborn Fernando Verdasco climbs 19 places to be now ranked 35 after reaching the quarters in Wimbledon.
