Bianca Andreescu and Anastasia Potapova like many other players are preparing for the upcoming season in Dubai. The Middle East is a great place to train in winter and this year there will be some interesting events in the area. The WTA will kickstart an inaugural event in Abu Dhabi with as many as 64 players in the main draw (5th of January). In addition, on the 10th of January, there will be the qualifications of the Australian Open that will be played in Dubai.
Bianca Andreescu and Ana Potapova took some time off to enjoy Dubai and they posted some nice pictures in bikini and videos on Instagram for their fans. Both look in great shape!

Now the world no.7, the Canadian played her last match on the 30th of October 2019 when she had to retire when playing against Karolina Pliskova in the round robin and the scoreline was 6-3 .

Now ranked no.101, the Russian played her last match on the 6th of March when she was overcome by Johanna Konta 6-76 6-3 7-67 in the quarter in Monterrey (draw).
