The Japanese has claimed that she takes one minute to meditate before she cools off from her work out by taking a refreshing smoothie to aid in her recovery. Osaka’s intense exercise regimen helped her outlast her opponents at the US Open, but she suffered a hamstring injury at the tournament and decided to skip the French Open. It is still unclear whether the Japanese star will participate in the remaining WTA tournaments.
