Serena Williams’s coach tennis new league (UTS) postponed until the 13th of June

the Ultimate Tennis Showdown will commence only in June

Mouratoglou

We were all anxious to see the new league created by Serena Williams’ coach Patrick Mouratoglou, the Ultimate Tennis Showdown, that was meant to start the 16th of May, but that didn’t really happen.

Patrick had this great idea of commencing this league with no ranking points and a modest prize many. The Frenchman managed to involve prestigious players such as Fabio Fognini, Benoit Paire, David Goffin, Alexei Popyrin, Lucas Pouille and Dustin Brown. However, some problems came through and the event had to be postponed as follows:

“Due to the French government’s latest announcements, the UTS organizers have decided to postpone the first matches to June 13 in order to obtain all necessary authorizations and ensure the smooth running of the event.”
