December looks to be a very nice time for tennis players to get some extra money from exhibitions.
After Milan, Maria will play another exhibition in South Korea the 28th of December. On the other side of the net she will face another former world no.1: Caroline Wozniacki
“I think the match will be very competitive as we are both getting ready for the Australian Open,”said Maria . “I am really excited to return to Korea. I have some great memories from. I know I have some great Korean fans, and I love their food and the culture.”

Sharapova has recently played another exhibition with Wozniacki at the BNP Paribas Showdown. In that occasion she even played a point with Caroline’s boyfriend Rory Mcilroy (the golf superstar).
It would be better for Caroline not to play against Sharapova’s boyfriend as the gossip says that that man is Grigor Dimitrov… (Is that true?)
