Rafa is ready to get back to tennis after a rather prolonged break.

Nadal Xisca

Rafael Nadal is finally back to competitions after the break he got following his wrist injury and the wedding with Xisca Perello.

Rafa wasn’t able to play on the last day of the Laver Cup because of a problem to his hand, and he decided to skip the entire Asian tour to recover and also prepare for his wedding.

The honeymoon with Xisca

One of the most “stringent” questions during Rafa’s press conference in Paris was about his wedding and the honeymoon. When asked if his honeymoon would have been in Paris, Rafa replied: “no, not at all.”

Later, Nadal confirmed that they already got their honeymoon to comment:

“I have been [in the honeymoon]. The things that I had to do, I took my weeks off during the season, and we decided that well. And in the world of tennis, you have to find your priorities, and we decided the way that we wanted to do. We took our time off before the wedding, and now is the moment to be back on the tour.”

Apparently, Rafa and Xisca enjoyed their honeymoon in the Bahamas before their wedding.
