Nadal “teaches” wall sitting to Federer and Zverev ahead of his Laver Cup match

Wall sitting technique

Nadal Federer Laver Cup

The Laver Cup is a fantastic competition and one of the nicest and more interesting moments is seeing the interactions of players.

The cherry on the cake is definitely seeing Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal interacting. The “2 GOATs” love helping each other during the competition and they seem to be the “top coaches” for Team Europe.

Ther are many clips around on Roger and Rafa and here we have a nice one of the Spaniard explaining to Federer the benefit of wall-sitting as part of the warm-up routine. Sascha Zverev looked to be also quite interested in it.

That’s precious material.
