Team padel circuit returns to Iconico Sports & Social for Seville event
Iconico Sports & Social will stage the Seville event on September 18 and 19, marking the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group’s second straight year in the Andalusian capital. The amateur circuit will again combine competition with a strong social element.
Unlike standard amateur events, the tour uses a structure based on the Hexagon Cup format. Teams require at least six players, while every tie is contested by three different pairs. By making results a collective effort, the format promotes teamwork and camaraderie away from the court as well as during matches.
International expansion and the road to the Manacor finals
Seville first joined the tour in 2025, when its inaugural campaign attracted almost 2,000 players across Spain and Italy. The circuit also began growing internationally that season, later leading to the creation of new circuits in the United States, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Before reaching Seville, the 2026 tour had already made several stops around Spain, with more events scheduled before the championship that closes the season.
