Martina Navratilova has never been shy in declaring his admiration for Roger Federer. The tennis Legend had doubts that Roger would have been able to win another slam when the Maestro was at no.16. Later on, Roger proved Martina (and many others) wrong after winning 2 Wimbledon and 2 Australian Open.

Navratilova was the one to introduce Roger on Tuesday during the Laureus World Sports Awards and in her emotional speech.
“Before you come up here to collect your award, I just want to say a few words. All the nominees were extremely strong, and I think all others agree that what you did in 2017 was truly phenomenal.
You played the game such inspired and with such attitude that you are an inspiration for all of us.
We are really proud to declare you the World’s greatest of all time.
Congratulations for an incredible year.”
