On Sunday, Roger Federer has won the title in Basel for the 8th time. That’s a fantastic achievement also if you consider that he was the runner-up on 5 more occasions.
The Swiss Legend has returned this year after he skipped the 2016 edition of the ATP500 as he was recovering from an injury. On his comeback, Roger clinched his 95th title, and he couldn’t interrupt the “yummy tradition” of offering the pizza to the ball boys.
In fact, the world no.2 has still sweet memories when he used to be a ball boy for the Michael Stich v Stefan Edberg final in 1993, and he likes to celebrate that moment with this lovely gesture.
Roger was happy, the ball boys as well.
