The world no.5 has signed a deal with Lavazza to make a surprising visit to their 120th anniversary party in Paris.
Why the deal
According to Caroline’s agent John Tobias commented “The Lavazza family loves tennis; they have tickets to the Monte Carlo event. They just look at tennis, and the demographic is similar to those who drink rather expensive, higher-priced coffee.”
Caroline tweeted
“Very excited to join the Lavazza family. Maybe I should have a coffee or two during a match?? “
The tweet referred to a funny request for Caro’s best friend Serena Williams when she asked from an espresso in Perth at the Hopman Cup.
