Rafael Nadal is about to play the prestigious World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi, where he might face Daniil Medvedev and Novak Djokovic.

The world no.1 managed to end the previous season at the top of the rankings thanks especially to his great run at the US Open where he won the 19th slam of his glorious career after beating Daniil Medvedev in a passionate final.

In Abu Dhabi, Rafa may face Medvedev again in the semifinal if the Russian defeats Hyeon Chung. If the Spaniard wins the final 4 he should face Novak Djokovic in the final. The Serbian will clash against Stefanos Tsitsipa or Gael Monfils in the semifinal.

Nadal will kick start his campaign at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship on the 20th of December, and he posted the following message on twitter and Instagram:
