Maria Andreescu fashion style

One person who has caught the attention of fans and media is Maria Andreescu, Bianca’s mother. Her fashion style and flamboyance during the US Open have sent many tongues wagging and fans have taken to social media to praise her. During her daughter’s quarterfinal match in the US Open against Elise Mertens, cameras spotted Maria in the stands rocking some oversize black sunglasses, big hair, and a Versace top that read “Dog Queen” on the collar. Completing the look was Coco, the family dog who sat quietly on her lap. This sent fans on Twitter into a frenzy with many reacting to Maria’s outfit and Coco, the family dog.

Family background: dad Nicu, mom Maria, and dog Coco

Bianca’s family has been very supportive in the stands and throughout her career. Her parent’s Nicu Andreescu and Maria Andreescu move to Canada in 1994 after completing their college studies in Romania. Her father Nicu has a BS in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Brasov, Romania. Her mother Maria studied economics at the University of Craiova in Romania. She recently acquired her MBA in financial management. Maria is a compliance officer for investment firm Global Maxfin Inc. in Canada. During the US Open, they have been a constant presence on the court to cheer for their daughter and have even brought Coco, the family dog to support Bianca as well. Bianca is very fond of pets and she adopted Coco as a puppy. The adorable dog has been a constant feature on Bianca’s Instagram.
