Bernard Tomic has been in the middle of a huge controversy after he clearly stated that he was bored during his match against Mischa Zverev. The Australian is well-known for tanking and talking about how rich he is. Eventually, this is backfiring as he received a substantial fine from Wimbledon, and his racket sponsor, HEAD, decided to cancel its endorsement.
Tomic’s stance
Instead of apologizing, Tomic got even cockier to say
“I worked 10 hours a day with my father, having no money in our life from the age of eight to 15.
We were driving a $500 car to now having millions and earning millions at 24, having houses all over the world.
You probably don’t like me but, at only 24, you guys can only dream about having what I have at 24.”
This guy is winning friends all over the world.
TOO MUCH MONEY?
