Bethanie Mattek-Sands suffered a horrible injury in her Wimbledon match against Sorana Cirstea when she fell on the court with a dislocated patella. Eventually, the American was rushed to the hospital.
Finally, we have the updates from her during an emotional 10-minutes’ appearance on Facebook and it’s not good news as the American confirmed the dislocation of the patella and the rupture of the tendon. Unfortunately, Bethanie needs a surgery and she will be “out for a while.”
