Blinkova had a head start at the beginning of the set to break Osaka in the 2^nd game (2-0) before consolidating her break and lead 3-0. Yet, Osaka was not done to come back to break the Russian in the 7^th (3-4) and in the 9^th (5-4) game before winning the set (6-4).
