Expert design insight
Coki Nieto, a professional padel player and current World #8 player, provided feedback on the development of the SONICSMASHTM FF. Nieto’s input helped create a shoe designed for offensive players looking for lightweight responsiveness. Nieto is known for his rapid style of play.

Cutting-edge outsole technology
For increased traction, the shoe has a padel-specific outsole with a diagonal herringbone design. It incorporates X-GROOVETM technology to improve traction and flexibility when changing directions. Dynamic movements are supported by the smooth foot rotation made possible by two circular pivot points at the front of the outsole.
Speed-oriented midsole engineering
Asics has paired SPEEDTRUSSTM technology for increased reactivity with FLYTEFOAMTM technology for lightweight cushioning. Players can accelerate swiftly and stay comfortable during heated matches because to this combination.
