Spanish tennis star and current World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz is making the most of his off-season, spending time in Miami with family and friends. After a demanding 2025 campaign, the 22-year-old has embraced a mix of leisure activities, from attending an NBA game to fishing along the Florida coast.

A Season of Success and Setbacks

Supporting Family and Attending NBA Action

Despite the injury, Alcaraz remained active off the court. He was spotted cheering for his younger brother Jaime at an ATP Challenger event, showing his support from the stands. Shortly after, he attended the Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks game, where he posed with a custom Heat jersey. His elder brother Álvaro joined him at the arena, making the outing a family affair.

Fishing and Meeting a Tennis Legend

Away from the stadium, Alcaraz enjoyed fishing with friends, proudly displaying a sizable catch. The group celebrated the moment together, highlighting his ability to balance competitive intensity with relaxation. During his Miami stay, Alcaraz also met former US Open champion Juan Martín del Potro, sharing a photo that captured both players smiling.

“It was great to meet Carlos and see his energy off the court,” — Juan Martín del Potro
