With just 50 days to go, the United Cup has revealed its entry list for the 2026 edition. The mixed teams’ event will run from 2 to 11 January, featuring 18 countries for the fourth consecutive year. Each team will include up to three men and three women competing side by side in Perth and Sydney.

Star-studded line-up

Five of the world’s top 10 men and four of the world’s top 10 women are confirmed. Two-time champions Team USA return as top seeds, led by world No.3 Coco Gauff and world No.6 Taylor Fritz. Poland will be represented by six-time Grand Slam champion and world No.2 Iga Swiatek alongside Hubert Hurkacz. Germany’s challenge will be spearheaded by world No.3 Alexander Zverev and newcomer Eva Lys.

Japan makes its debut with four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka and Shintaro Mochizuki, while Italy will be guided by world No.8 Jasmine Paolini and rising star Flavio Cobolli. Great Britain’s line-up features world No.10 Jack Draper and 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu. Switzerland will bring three-time Grand Slam champion Stan Wawrinka and world No.11 Belinda Bencic, while Greece reunites Stefanos Tsitsipas and Maria Sakkari. Canada will rely on world No.8 Felix Auger-Aliassime and rising talent Victoria Mboko.

Australia will be led by world No.7 Alex de Minaur and world No.32 Maya Joint, joined by Jason Kubler, Maddison Inglis, Storm Hunter, and John-Patrick Smith. Other notable entries include Czechia’s Barbora Krejcikova with Jakub Mensik, Norway’s world No.12 Casper Ruud, and China’s Zhizhen Zhang with Zhu Lin.

Tournament director’s view

United Cup Tournament Director Stephen Farrow praised the strength of the field. “The entry list for the United Cup this summer is world class. We’re excited to welcome five of the world’s top 10 men and four of the world’s top 10 women in 2026,”

Farrow said. He added: “The United Cup holds a unique position in global tennis, with the world’s best men and women committed to play in mixed teams and showcase equality in the sport.”
