The FIP World Cup Pairs, a high-stakes competition with 40 women’s and 48 men’s pairs, is making its debut in Kuwait. The competition lasts all week, with the finals taking place on Sunday, November 9. This competition represents a turning point in the world of padel, situated between the Premier Padel P2 in Newgiza and the season’s last stretch, which includes the Dubai P1, Acapulco Major, CUPRA FIP Finals in Shanghai, and the Premier Padel Finals in Barcelona.
The men’s draw is full of top competitors.
The top seeds, Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, who won ten Premier titles in 2025, will play either Patiniotis/Moya or a qualifying combination. Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan, who recently won back-to-back titles in Milan and Newgiza, will face Sanchez/Gil or Sans/Quilez on the other side of the draw.
While Coki Nieto and Mike Yanguas (4) will play Torre/Cepero or Fernandez Lancha/Sager, with a possible semifinal matchup against Coello and Tapia, Juan Lebron and Franco Stupaczuk (3) will play Lijo/Arce or Zapata/Cabeza.
