AMAZING Nadal: “I can still improve.”

Rafael Nadal is back in “God Mode” on clay after he has won the three tournaments in 2017 in Monte-Carlo, Barcelona, and Madrid.  The Spanish sensation looks as strong as ever also in Rome where he has just dismissed Jack Sock in straight sets. Even if Nadal is again the player to beat on the dirt, he still thinks he has to improve some aspects of his already ominous tennis.

What Rafa is doing to improve

After beating Sock, Rafa commented

“There is always room to improve. That’s why I wake up every morning. I go to practice with the motivation to improve something. I can keep serving better. I can hit some more winners with the forehand, and it’s something that I am working on every day to try and make it happen. But it’s obvious that I am playing well, and I should be very happy with the way that I am doing things.”

Nadal is about to face Dominic Thiem in the quarters. Let’s see if he can beat him for the 3rd time in 20 days.

STILL IMPROVING?
