In an exciting conclusion to the Pro Padel League 2025, Ari Sanchez and Andrea Ustero won the women’s draw, Agustin Tapia and Fede Chingotto took home the men’s title, and the New York Atlantics were crowned team winners.

In New York, Tapia and Chingotto were crowned

Fede Chingotto and Agustin Tapia, who are often competitors on the Premier Padel circuit, teamed up for the Pro Padel League and produced an impeccable campaign for the Miami Padel Club. In the final, they defeated Lucas Bergamini and Pablo Bautista 7-6, 6-3, demonstrating their connection right away.

Dominance characterized the pair’s journey: they defeated Augsburger and Rubini in the semifinals, defeated Jofre and Arroyo in the quarterfinals, and won the championship in front of a crowded Hammerstein Ballroom. A last-minute adjustment in Chingotto’s schedule—he was previously scheduled to participate in Lyon—made their reunion possible.

“This victory means a lot, and we knew we had unresolved business in the U.S.” Tapia added.

Ustero and Sanchez Stand Out in the Women’s Draw

Andrea Ustero and Ariana Sanchez’s dominant performance astounded the field. They defeated Vero Virseda and Claudia Jensen 6-2, 7-5, in the confident final, which was set up by their semifinal victory against favorites Gemma Triay and Delfi Brea.

Sanchez and Ustero, representing the New York Atlantics, were remarkably calm and tactically clear. In addition to winning the women’s title, their accomplishments suggested a fruitful collaboration in the future.

From the first moment, we clicked. “It felt natural,” Sanchez remarked.

The New York Atlantics win the team title.

The New York Atlantics won the overall team championship, but the Miami Padel Club celebrated the men’s triumph. Sanchez and Ustero’s gold and Jon Sanz and Lucas Campagnolo’s vital third-place result in the men’s draw served as the foundation for their victory.

The San Diego Stingrays finished barely two points behind in a hotly contested standings. They were second in both categories due to their steady play, but the Atlantics’ evenly distributed victory was the deciding factor.
