Simona Halep is one step away from defending her title in Madrid!

The Romanian was ruthless in defeating Anastasija Sevastova 6-2 6-3. In the first set, Simona won 5 consecutive games after she was 1-2 down; the Romanian did something more in the second set after she won 6 consecutive games from a 0-3 score line.
