At the BNP Paribas Fortis European Open in Brussels, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard defeated Emil Ruusuvuori 7-6(4), 6-7(5), 6-4 in a Round of 32 thriller that lasted over two hours. The 22-year-old Frenchman delivered 39 aces and won 109 of 139 total service points, showcasing one of the most dominant serving performances of the season.

His serve rating peaked at 326, and he saved all four break points faced. The match was played on indoor hard courts, a surface that amplified his power and precision.
