Grigor Dimitrov wins the Tiebreak Tens in Madrid after fighting hard. The Bulgarian sensation was one of the most interesting names for this exhibition, and he didn’t disappoint.
Grigor defeated Dan Evans in the first match with a tough 14-12 scoreline. Then he edged Verdasco (10-8), and in the final he beat an evergreen Feliciano Lopez (10-7).
After this win, Grigor pockets a $200,000 check. Not bad for playing three tiebreaks.
