Felix Auger-Aliassime shared the intimate details of his relationship with Nina in an interview with Vogue Magazine, revealing that their story began during the Miami Open in 2019. “When I couldn’t shake the thought of her, I felt strongly compelled to meet her before leaving the city if I wanted to leave with no regrets,” he recalled. He sent her a message inviting her to dinner during the tournament, and to his relief, she accepted.
Instant connection and early certainty
Their first meeting was transformative. “Without sounding cliché, it was truly love at first sight,” Felix said. After just two hours together, he told Nina he believed they were starting a long and beautiful future. In November 2024, while vacationing in the Seychelles, Felix planned a heartfelt proposal.
