By opening three cutting-edge indoor courts, the Rafa Nadal Academy has made a major advancement in its dedication to padel. This development demonstrates the academy’s commitment to provide top-notch training facilities for padel, a sport that is gaining popularity quickly, in addition to tennis. Situated in the center of Manacor’s high-performance campus, the new courts are built to the finest standards for safety, comfort, and play.

Overseeing the launch with enthusiasm and knowledge

Gemma Triay, the top-ranked padel player in the world, led the inauguration along with Maribel Nadal, the academy’s deputy general manager, and Belen Montes, the expansion manager for Greenset, the business that installed the court. Triay conveyed her admiration for the facilities, emphasizing their excellence and potential to improve professional and aspiring players’ training experiences. Her attendance demonstrated the academy’s goal of becoming a major center for padel excellence.

Facilities made for play at all skill levels

The Rafa Nadal Academy presently has nine outdoor and ten indoor padel courts, including these three new indoor courts. From young athletes and amateurs to seasoned pros, these facilities serve a diverse clientele. Prominent athletes like Patricia Martinez, Ramiro Moyano, Antonio “Pincho” Fernandez, and Adrian Marques already use the courts, as do young athletes enrolled in the academy’s padel camps and training courses.

An expanding tradition in the creation of padel

The new courts’ opening is a component of a larger plan to establish the Rafa Nadal Academy as a pioneer in the development of padels. The academy keeps growing its impact both domestically and abroad by emphasizing wellness, education, and high-performance sports. Its dedication to fostering the next generation of padel players is demonstrated by programs like the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour and partnerships with provincial federations.

A place where community and sport flourish

Beyond the courts, the academy provides a full range of amenities, such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, food options, wellness areas, and residential buildings. Athletes can practice, recuperate, and develop in an environment that promotes their physical and mental growth thanks to our all-encompassing strategy. This idea—creating a location where sport, creativity, and community come together—is reflected in the new indoor padel courts.
