Injury setback delays return
Nishikori revealed that a recent MRI showed his back is still not fully healed, preventing him from competing at one of the sport’s most prestigious Grand Slam events. The injury has been a lingering issue, and despite his efforts to return to peak condition, medical advice has led to a cautious approach.
