Easy stuff for Rafael Nadal that defeats Dudi Sela 6-3 6-4 in just 81 minutes. Rafa was perfect in the first set to win 5-4 after breaking Dudi once; Nadal conceded just 3 points on his serve in the opener. The second set was a bit evener. The Israeli failed to convert two break points in the 6^th game (3-3) to lose his serve soon after (4-3 for Rafa). The Spaniard had to hold his serve a couple of times at 15 to clinch the match.

After the match, Rafa commented

“It was difficult to find the right feelings this afternoon, but it’s these kinds of days where you have just to try to win. That’s what I did, and I am very happy with that.

This tournament is a tough tournament, and anything can happen. I think I had a good week of practice, so I need to play good in the competition now to try and have success.”
