Not scared by tough draw. FEDERER

Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Juan Martin Del Potro, Alexander Zverev, and Nick Kyrgios fell in the same quarter in Indian Wells (the so-called “draw of death”).

Roger is meant to play Nadal in the 4th round, and then he will face one of the following opponents in the quarters: Djokovic, Del Potro, Zverev, or Kyrgios. That means that if Roger wants to win this Indian Wells, he is expected to have extremely tough matches since the 4th round.

Why Roger is not scared. FEDERER

During a recent interview, Roger commented

“It doesn’t matter. I’ve gone through so many draws. I came here to Indian Wells to play against those guys. So, it doesn’t matter if it’s a semi, a final or actually a fourth round,

Most of the guys you won’t even see because they’ll eliminate each other. So, from that standpoint, the first message I got was Dudi Sela or Stephane Robert. Then I heard that Rafa was in my section, you’re like OK, and then you hear that maybe Novak’s in your section and you’re like OK, fine.”

THAT’S TOUGH
