While Djokovic is still firmly on top of the official rankings with 12,415 points vs. Rafa’s 7945, the Spaniard is now No.1 in the year to date (live) rankings after Gael Monfils conceded him a free pass to the final in Toronto. In fact, Rafa has 6835 points vs. Djokovic’s 6735.
Next vs. Medvedev
Rafa has the opportunity to defend his title, against an in-form Daniil Medvedev. Interesting enough, they have never played each other so far.
