Rafael Nadal and Fabio Fognini are in great terms even if they share a big rivalry on court.
The Spanish sensation has just defeated Fabio in Montreal after a rollercoaster 2-6 6-1 6-2. At the net, Fabio Fognini told Rafa about the fact that he is struggling with an injury to his ankle. Unfortunately, the world no.2 is an “expert” about injuries, and he comforted the Italian saying “I had a surgery [at the end of 2018] on that it’s a very quick recovery. Don’t worry”.
Very nice from Nadal at the net.
Fognini told him about his ankle problems and Rafa said that he had the exact same problem at the end of 2018. "I had a surgery on that it's a very quick recovery. Don't worry".
Looked genuinely concerned.

Rafa will keep his march in Montreal where he will play the semifinal either against Gael Monfils or Roberto Bautista Agut. It is still unclear if he will compete in Cincinnati as he said he will make the final decision only after playing the Rogers Cup.
