Why and how Kyrgios wants to inspire other people

Can Kyrgios be a good example for kids?

Nick Kyrgios

Nick Kyrgios conquered one of his incredible matches against Stefanos Tsitsipas in the Washington semifinal after he saved a match point when he was 5-6 down in the decisive tiebreak before winning the encounter 6-4 3-6 7-6 (7).

The Australian is well known for being extremely erratic as he can lose and beat everyone in the world literally with his firepower. Nick is extremely dangerous especially for top players as he loves to take the big scalps. This is exactly what happened on Saturday against Tsitsipas when the Australian played great tennis, and he also entertained the crowd with his quirks.

Why doesn’t Kyrgios have a coach?

Nick is struggling with authority, so it’s almost impossible for him to have a coach.  Talking after beating the Greek, Kyrgios elaborates on why he chose to be coachless, and he added that he wants to inspire other people to comment

I was a very overweight kid. Got told by coaches, teachers that I wasn’t going to be very good at what I chose to do, which was tennis, and I think people can just relate to people telling you you can’t do anything, and I feel like I’m proving a lot of people wrong.

I’ve beaten every single one of the best tennis players in the world doing it my way, and I’m never going to stop doing that, and I think people can draw inspiration from that.

I think you don’t listen to anyone, you just back yourself and believe in yourself, and that’s all that matters.”
