Nick Kyrgios is having one of his weeks in Washington where he is playing rather good tennis even if he is struggling (again) to contain his emotions.
The erratic Australian is in the quarterfinals in DC where he didn’t concede any set on the way following his wins over Thai Kwiatkowski 7-5 6-4, Gilles Simon 6-4 7-65 and Yoshihito Nishioka 6-2 7-5.
Nick appeared extremely nervous during his match against Nishioka and at a certain point, he was so upset to throw a bottle of water at the chair of the umpire. Later, the defiant Aussie said sarcastically that the bottle slipped out from his hand.
The question on social media is: shouldn’t this be a default? Remember what happened i Rome? (article)
Shouldn’t have that been a default?
