Gael Monfils is confirmed to compete at the upcoming ATP250 that will take place in Zhuhai in September (23-29).
The Frenchman joins an already interesting line-up with Stefanos Tsitsipas, Nick Kyrgios, Alex De Minaur, Borna Coric, Roberto Bautista Agut, and Cameron Norrie.
Currently ranked no.19, Gael Monfils has been struggling with various injuries and he had to withdraw in the first round in Wimbledon because of a problem to his ankle.
Back to Zhuhai, the defending champion is Yoshihito Nishioka that last year defeated Pierre-Hugues Herbert in the final 7-5 2-6 6-4.
