Amanda Anisimova is back to competitions after almost 1 month.

The American teenager crashed out in the 2nd round in Wimbledon at the hands of Magda Linette (6-4 7-5) to take some time off and get ready for the so-called American summer where she will start her campaign in San Jose.

Currently ranked no.23, Amanda is seeded no.4 at the Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic and she will face either Madison Brengle or Andrea Petkovic in her opening match that is scheduled to be played on Tuesday (not before) 4 pm.
