The WTA 250 tournament in Rouen is scheduled to take place from April 12 to April 20, 2025.

Alizé Cornet achieved her career-high singles ranking of World No. 11 in February 2009. This milestone marked her as one of the top players in women’s tennis during that period.

Cornet announced her retirement from professional tennis in May 2024, following her first-round loss to Zheng Qinwen at the French Open.
