MIAMI. Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Rune have a great relationship and they had the welcomed idea to practice together with their coaching teams. Here is the video of their training.

Carlos Alcaraz in 2025

Ranked no.3, Carlos played his last match on the 21^st of March when he was defeated by Unknown Player bye in the 1^st round in Miami (draw).

Currently, during this year Alcaraz has a compiled 15-3 record. This year, Alcaraz won 1 title in Rotterdam.

Carlos Alcaraz will play the world no.55 David Goffin in the 2^nd round on Friday at 8:30 pm on STADIUM. Their actual head to head record is 1-1.

Alcaraz has won 1 title in 2025 in Rotterdam.

Holger Rune in 2025

Ranked no.12, Rune played his last match on the 21^st

of March when he defeated Unknown Player bye in the 1^st round in Miami (draw).

This season the Dane has an overall 11-7 record. Holger Rune’s best result of the year was getting to the final in Indian Wells.

Holger Rune will take on the world no.114 Reilly Opelka in the 2^nd round. In the past, they have never played each other as of now in top events.

Holger was the runner-up in Indian Wells (BNP Paribas Open).
