The 18-year-old Brazilian talent defeated Alexander Bublik in a thrilling final, taking the match 7-6 (5), 7-6 (0). This win adds another feather to his cap, marking his third ATP Challenger title of the season.

Currently the world no.60 (career-high), Fonseca played his last match on the 16th of March when he beat world no.80 Alexander Bublik 7-6(5) 7-6(0) in the final of the Phoenix Challenger to win his 2nd career title.
