Have you ever had the desire to play tennis with a world-class player? This is your opportunity! The Danish tennis sensation Holger Rune is supporting the Danish children’s rights organization Børns Vilkår by providing an exclusive one-on-one session.
You can now bid on an individual tennis lesson with Danish tennis player Holger Rune through an online auction hosted by Bruun Rasmussen. As an ambassador, Holger Rune is happy to assist Børns Vilkår, a children’s rights organization, which will get all auction earnings.
The yearly national fundraising drive for Børns Vilkår will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Funds will be raised by thousands of volunteers for the organization’s youth counseling service, HØRT, and nationwide helpline, BørneTelefonen. There are other ways to help the organization’s vital work, though.

Holger Rune has long been a fervent Børns Vilkår supporter. He made a donation in 2024 for each ace he served during the Indian Wells Masters competition, and this year the collaboration has grown into a long-term ambassadorship. Rune is now actively interested in starting projects and promoting the welfare of kids and teens.
In conjunction with this partnership, Holger Rune is auctioning off a racquet he used at the 2025 Australian Open and 2024 Rolex Paris Masters, as well as a gift card for an hour-long tennis session.
Rune commented: “I am very aware of how fortunate I was to have a good childhood, and the opportunities I’ve had along the way, and I’m deeply grateful for them. Unfortunately, not all children are as fortunate, and I’m deeply moved when I hear about those facing neglect.
This cause is close to my heart, and I want to support Børns Vilkår in raising awareness of this critical issue.”
Holger Rune in 2025
At the moment ranked no.13, Rune played his last match on the 26th of February when he had to retire when playing against world no.33 Brandon Nakashima in the 2nd round and the scoreline was 3-0 .
At present, during this year Holger achieved a 6-6 record.
