China is pushing hard in promoting tennis in the home soil (and China to the world). This week there are three main events in Chengdu, Shenzhen, and Wuhan. Last week there was the WTA event in Guangzhou. Next week Beijing will host both an ATP and a WTA tournament.
Of course, the tennis stars are requested to show some blending with the local customs, and they can find themselves in weird situations.
This is what has happened to Carla Suarez-Navarro that has found herself doing some morning exercises with 1000 students in Wuhan. Then she started with the Pom-poms.
